1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Spain, provided that the address is accepted during the purchase process.
2. How long does order preparation take?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
3. How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery generally takes between 3 and 7 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 4 to 9 business days.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €120.
For orders under €120, shipping costs €15.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We may use Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, or other equivalent carriers.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. When the carrier allows it, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payments are processed by J-Pay.
8. Can I return a product?
Yes. As a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
9. Who pays for the return cost?
The direct return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, non-conforming, due to a Seller error, or a situation covered by the legal warranty.
10. How much does it cost to return bulky furniture?
The cost depends on the carrier's quote, weight, volume, collection address, return address, and access conditions.
The customer can arrange the return transport or request assistance in obtaining a quote.
11. When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.
In the sale of goods, the refund may be withheld until the product is received or until the customer provides proof of return.
