1. Commitment to safety

Refmadrid strives to offer products that comply with applicable safety requirements.

The customer must read the product description, instructions, warnings, assembly information and maintenance recommendations.

2. Information included in the product data sheets

Where applicable, product data sheets will indicate:

  • product identification;
  • product image;
  • main characteristics;
  • materials;
  • dimensions;
  • weight;
  • assembly instructions;
  • safety warnings;
  • maximum recommended load;
  • need for wall mounting;
  • indoor or outdoor use;
  • manufacturer;
  • importer or responsible party in the European Union, where applicable.

3. Assembly

Some furniture requires assembly.

The customer must follow the supplied instructions.

Incorrect assembly can affect the product's stability, safety, and durability.

4. Wall mounting

Some tall, heavy, or potentially unstable furniture may require wall mounting.

When indicated, mounting must be done before use.

Not fixing furniture when required can pose a tipping hazard.

5. Correct use

The customer must use the product for its intended purpose.

Damaged, unstable, overloaded, or incorrectly assembled furniture should not be used.

6. Children and animals

Furniture should be used with special care in the presence of children or animals.

Children should be prevented from climbing on, hanging from, or using furniture inappropriately.

7. Damaged product

If the product appears damaged or unsafe, the customer must stop using it and contact:

8. Recalls or safety notices

In case of a recall, alert, or important safety communication, CIMA INTEGRAL DE DISEÑO, S.L. may inform customers via email or a notice on the website.
